Terms of service of the online store Future Mom (Digital goods)
1. The nature of digital goods
Digital goods sold through an online store Future Mom, are intangible products provided in the form of electronic content: files for download, links to access materials, or transfer through a personal account.
After confirming payment, the user receives instant or 1–24 hour access to the ordered digital product.
2. Returns and exchanges of digital goods
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"«, Digital goods of proper quality are not returned., if the buyer has already accessed the content or the file has been sent/downloaded, as such goods are equated to software or information products, copying of which makes it impossible to return.
❗ Exceptions (return possible) if:

the product does not match the description (significantly differs in content or functionality);

the provided file is damaged and cannot be used;

the buyer did not receive access within 24 hours after payment confirmation and technical support did not fix the problem within 48 hours.
3. Digital product delivery
Because digital goods have no physical form, delivery is carried out:

automatically after payment - through the user's personal account;
-
or to the buyer's email as a link or attachment;
-
or through instant access to an online platform (if it is a course or video).
Goods are considered delivered at the time of providing technical access to them, regardless of whether the file was downloaded/opened by the buyer.
4. Order cancellation
Order cancellation is possible only until access to digital content is obtained. Once the buyer has received the link or file, cancellation/refusal is not allowed.
5. Refund
Future Mom refunds only in cases:

technical error during payment (double payment, etc.);

erroneous write-off;
-
the above-mentioned justified cases when the goods are of inadequate quality or unavailable.
All applications are considered within 3 business days, refund — to 7 working days in the same way as the payment was made.
6. Copyright and content protection
All digital goods distributed through an online store Future Mom, there is intellectual property objects and protected in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights"«.
The buyer receives non-exclusive license for personal non-commercial use purchased digital content.
Prohibited:

copying, distribution, transfer to third parties;
-
publication or reuse on other resources;
-
changing or modifying content for subsequent sale.
In case of detection of copyright infringement Future Mom reserves the right to contact the competent authorities. to protect your rights and recover damages.
