Public offer agreement
This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) of the online store Future Mom, in accordance with the articles of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
1. General provisions
1.1. The offer is a public contract that establishes the terms and conditions for purchasing digital goods or receiving services on the site. https://futuremom.ua
1.2. The subject of the agreement is to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase digital goods (courses, files, materials, content) protected by copyright, which are not subject to physical delivery.
1.3. The conclusion of the contract is carried out by accepting this Offer, which occurs at the time of payment for the order or registration on the site.
2. Terms and definitions
- Seller — Future Mom (FOP "Balan Viktoriya Aleksandrivna").
- Buyer — any individual who has accepted this Offer.
- Website — website at https://futuremom.ua
- Digital product — a course, electronic file, service, or other intangible content provided electronically.
- Service — consultation, support, access to the online platform.
- Privacy Policy — a document regulating the processing of personal data.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
The seller has the right:
- change the terms of the contract by notifying this on the website;
- refuse service in cases of violation of the rules of use;
- protect copyrights on the product.
The Seller undertakes:
- provide the Buyer with access to the digital product after payment confirmation;
- guarantee the functionality of the digital product.
The buyer has the right:
- receive reliable information about the product;
- contact support for questions related to the order.
The buyer undertakes:
- provide accurate contact information;
- pay for the order in accordance with the terms of this Offer;
- Do not copy or transfer digital content to third parties.
4. Prices and payment procedure
4.1. Prices for goods/services are indicated on the website in the national currency - hryvnia.
4.2. Payment is made using:
- bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro);
- Portmone service;
- Google Pay, Apple Pay, other electronic wallets.
4.3. The current price is valid at the time of placing the order.
5. Providing access to a digital product
5.1. After confirming payment, the Buyer receives access to the digital product via email or personal account.
5.2. All digital goods do not require physical delivery.
6. Warranties and liability
6.1. The Seller guarantees the functionality of the digital product within the limits specified in its description.
6.2. In case of technical problems, the Buyer has the right to contact the support service.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of the Buyer that led to loss of access.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, digital goods of proper quality are not subject to return after access is provided.
7.2. The buyer has the right to a full refund before the start of the course, provided that he did not use the service (did not access materials, did not view content, did not complete training modules).
7.3. To make a return, the Buyer must contact the support service with a written application by email: support@futuremom.ua, indicating your full name, contact information, date of purchase, and reason for return.
7.4. The application consideration period is up to 7 (seven) business days. The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the decision is made.
7.5. In the event of a technical malfunction of the digital product or the inability to provide a service due to the Seller's fault, the Buyer may also be given a full or partial refund.
7.6. No refund will be made if the Buyer has used the service in full or in part (viewed more than 20% of materials, downloaded content, or sought advice).
8. Confidentiality and protection of personal data
8.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
8.2. The site uses secure TLS encryption to maintain data confidentiality.

9. Force majeure
9.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure: war, natural disaster, technical failures, etc.
10. Contract validity period
10.1. The Agreement is valid from the moment of acceptance until the full fulfillment of obligations or its termination by either party.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

13. Final provisions
13.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this agreement by publishing the changes on the website.
13.2. Acceptance of this Offer is equivalent to signing a written contract.
13.3. The electronic form of the contract has legal force in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
